Same Day Crown Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a full range of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Spotting problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, pricey procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to detect:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Large on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has greatly improved the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a huge format for easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
