Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of areas needing restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used for a full scope of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Spotting problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mainly utilized to identify:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Large on-screen X-rays make client communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in higher resolution on a big format for easier detection of issues, all while reducing the radiation exposure to the client. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and mounting x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also allows us to send out and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
