Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital imagery of locations needing restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used for a full range of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

Porcelain Tooth Veneers
Veneers are a very thin pieces of long lasting, tooth shaped, porcelain that are customizeded (for shape and color) by a professional dental lab. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to produce a gorgeous and appealing smile.
Veneers can completely improve your teeth and smile. They can often be alternatives to crowns and the perfect solution in treating many cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.
Just like many dental restorations, veneers might someday require replacement; however, they are still extremely resilient and will last many years, providing you a long lasting, beautiful smile.
How Are Veneers Placed?
Veneers are a dental procedure in which a covering is placed over the outside (noticeable area) of the tooth. Veneers are normally only done to the part of the teeth that are seen when talking or grinning. The treatment can be direct or indirect.
The direct method generally involves positioning composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This method is usually referred to as bonding.
The indirect method normally involves 2 visits because the veneers will be produced at a dental laboratory. At the very first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are given a short-term covering. In two to three weeks the veneers are back from the lab, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The lab fabricated veneers are typically made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are extremely esthetic.
The benefit of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the procedure is generally less uncomfortable. Veneers are not advised for teeth that have large fillings or little tooth structure.
You will receive care instructions for your veneers. Proper brushing, flossing and routine dental visits will help in the life of your new and stunning veneers.
