Same Day Crown Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations needing restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used in a broad range of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Identifying problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mainly used to find:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Big on-screen X-rays make client communication more efficient. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the doctor to see images of the teeth in higher resolution on a big format for much easier detection of issues, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also enables us to send and get your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
