Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a full range of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Finding issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, pricey procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mostly used to detect:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Huge on-screen X-rays make client communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the doctor to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a huge format for easier detection of issues, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also allows us to send out and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
