With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

Tooth Veneers (Porcelain)
Veneers are a very thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped, porcelain that are custom made (for shape and color) by a professional dental laboratory. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a lovely and appealing smile.
Veneers can entirely reshape your teeth and smile. They can commonly be alternatives to crowns and the perfect solution in treating numerous cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.
Similar to a lot of dental restorations, veneers may at some point require replacement; however, they are still extremely long lasting and will last multiple years, providing you a long lasting, gorgeous smile.
How Are Veneers Set?
Veneers are a dental procedure in which a covering is put over the outside (noticeable area) of the tooth. Veneers are generally only done to the part of the teeth that are visible when talking or smiling. The treatment can be direct or indirect.
The direct strategy normally involves placing composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This approach is normally referred to as bonding.
The indirect strategy typically involves 2 visits because the veneers will be produced at a dental laboratory. At the first appointment the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are given a temporary covering. In 2 to 3 weeks the veneers are back from the lab, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The laboratory made veneers are typically made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are extremely esthetic.
The benefit of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the treatment is generally less unpleasant. Veneers are not suggested for teeth that have huge fillings or little tooth structure.
You will get care instructions for your veneers. Proper brushing, flossing and regular dental visits will help in the life of your brand-new and beautiful veneers.
