If you have a missing tooth or teeth, you know the embarrassment and pain this can trigger. You have most likely been examining ways you can restore your smile and great bite. We believe you will be very interested to know that at our practice, you have the ability to get same day crowns! It is a comfy one-day treatment!

Our whole dental practice is advanced, except for our client care and issue which is traditional. We know the pain missing teeth can cause clients, and therefore we are very pleased to be able to provide clients with same day crowns.

Dental crowns are used to strengthen a tooth, and return it to its original function. Dental crowns are made to color-match the adjacent teeth, so they can not be detected by others as being anything less than a permanent tooth. With a dental crown, you have the ability to eat anything you like, and your clear speech will never be interfered with. In fact, your dental crown is so natural feeling, you will not even know it exists in your mouth.

Same day crowns are an extremely amazing offering of our practice. We have the ability to offer you with a lovely brand-new smile in just one day. Our office has cutting edge equipment that allows dental practitioners to provide you with crowns in just a little portion of the time that was required in the past.

CAD/CAM innovation is what makes this interesting development possible. The acronym represents computer-aided design/computed-aided manufacturing. We have the ability to use this technology in our system. This system is used to restore teeth, start to finish, in one day. This will save you from an extra visit to our practice, a week or so later. We're sure you have far more exciting things you would rather do with your time than to sit in our dentist's chair any longer than you need to!

Using our new system, we scan the readied tooth in your mouth or from an impression, and then send the info to our in-office milling station. The restoration is computer-milled to the exact specifications to fit your mouth in minutes. When the crown is crated, we put it in your mouth, and color, polish and restore your brand-new tooth to a stunning and natural-looking luster. This technology can also be used for same-day veneers or inlays.

If you require a crown in a hurry, for an upcoming social or company occasion, this process might indeed be perfect for you. If you are interested in finding out more about this procedure, call us today for an appointment.

Today We Will Be Talking About:

Porcelain Veneers (Tooth)

Veneers are a really thin pieces of long lasting, tooth shaped, porcelain that are customizeded (for shape and color) by a professional dental laboratory. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to produce a stunning and appealing smile.

Veneers can completely reshape your teeth and smile. They can commonly be alternatives to crowns and the ideal option in treating numerous cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.

As with a lot of dental restorations, veneers might at some point need replacement; however, they are still extremely resilient and will last many years, providing you a long lasting, stunning smile.

How Are Veneers Set?

Veneers are a dental procedure in which a covering is put over the outside (visible area) of the tooth. Veneers are normally only done to the part of the teeth that are seen when talking or grinning. The procedure can be direct or indirect.

The direct strategy usually involves positioning composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This technique is normally referred to as bonding.

The indirect technique typically involves 2 visits because the veneers will be produced at a dental laboratory. At the first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are given a temporary covering. In two to three weeks the veneers are back from the laboratory, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The laboratory made veneers are normally made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are extremely esthetic.

The advantage of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the procedure is generally less unpleasant. Veneers are not suggested for teeth that have huge fillings or little tooth structure.

You will get care directions for your veneers. Proper brushing, flossing and routine dental visits will aid in the life of your brand-new and lovely veneers.
