Obtain A Perfect Smile With Same Day Crowns

Same Day Crowns resolve visual requirements, bring back tooth function, and enhance the general health of your mouth. In cases where teeth have large broken down fillings, a crown can secure and maintain the remaining natural tooth.

To boost your smile, a metal-free, tooth-colored same day crown can also take place of an older metal or porcelain crown. Following root canal treatment, a crown is normally positioned over the remaining tooth structure to maintain aesthetic and tooth function.

Same Day Tooth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

CEREC can be used for a broad range of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

The Discussion Of The Day Will Be:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a treatment where we apply a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be used in specific circumstances where a tooth has actually been damaged or ended up being stained. These are generally minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly inexpensive methods instead of through a more costly dental procedure.

Here Is How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the positioning of the tooth, close gaps between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material sticks to the surface. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a glossy finish as a last step.
