Single Visit Crowns Near You

Requiring any type of dental work completed can feel like a hassel, but it is necessary to follow up on when it comes to preserving your oral health. Some people might put off visiting their dentist or having certain dental treatments finished simply because they believe that the experience may take up too much of their time. When it comes to same day dental crowns that is just not the case, as we can offer our patients with same day dental crowns should they need it.

Although dental crowns are considered along with other procedures that fall under the cosmetic dentistry category, they can help to significantly enhance any individual's oral health. Dental crowns are mainly used to fix the size, shape, and function of a tooth. Most typically, dental crowns are used following a root canal therapy treatment in which a portion of the tooth mass is removed in order to get rid of decayed parts of the tooth. A dental crown is then used to help restore what parts of the tooth were lost so that it can function as it once did, restoring the oral well being of the patient.

In some cases, dental crowns take time to process and are crafted in a laboratory while the patient wears a short-term crown in its stead. Now we can provide patients with same day dental crowns! Instead of needing to visit us several times prior to restoring your tooth, we can provide you with a crown the same day that you come in to get one fitted.

If you need a dental crown, you will not need to wait and set up a number of visits. Our staff and dentists will provide you with all the services that you need in a single appointment to work around your busy schedule. Do not let your dental health go forgotten because you don't have the time. If you want to learn more about same day dental crowns, call us and set up an appointment today.

Same Day Crown Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.

We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. Today We Will Be Talking About:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.

Identifying issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, expensive treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mostly used to spot:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.

Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.

Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the physician to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a huge format for easier detection of issues, all while decreasing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available immediately after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send out and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
