Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns meant coming into the dentist's office at least 2 times. The first visit included getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a few weeks later, a 2nd visit allowed for the temporary crown to be removed and a new long-term crown to be placed on your tooth. We use the latest technology to make dental work more convenient for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a state-of-the-art same day crown technology to create ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in simply one visit with a small camera to develop a 3D picture of the tooth that needs to be fixed. This means a physical mold, which is unpleasant and time consuming, is no longer needed.

Using CAD/CAM software, We develop a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling device. This innovation can create the new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is glued to your tooth using a bonding material, and the brand-new addition will match your natural teeth so no one will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today to learn more about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those issues you might have been avoiding.

Today's Topic Has To Do With:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a treatment in which we apply a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be used in certain scenarios where a tooth has actually been damaged or ended up being stained. These are typically small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably affordable methods rather than through a more expensive dental treatment.

How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the alignment of the tooth, close spaces in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material sticks to the surface area. Then the material itself is put on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a shiny finish as a last step.
