TEETH IN A DAY PROBLEMS

Why Choose One Day Crowns?

There are lots of advantages of single day crowns over standard crown technology.

  • Time: Same day crowns are made in one appointment, conserving you considerable time away from your job and family.

  • Convenience: With same day crowns, there is no need for a short-term crown, which removes significant possible discomfort and inconvenience of a lost temporary restoration. Only one appointment means only one injection, or no injections if the tooth was formerly treated with a root canal. No conventional impressions resulting in no gagging.

  • Visual appeals: The strong, tooth-colored ceramic materials of this brand-new technology restores your teeth to their natural strength, charm, and function and carefully match the composition of natural tooth structure.

  • Durability: Milled ceramic is tougher than the standard method of layering and pressing, so your smile will remain beautiful for years!

  • Fillings: Same day crown material and innovation can also be used for fillings. Since they are made out of porcelain, they are more durable than white composite fillings. They are a lot more aesthetic than mercury including silver fillings and stronger because of bonding technology.

Composite Dental Bonding

Bonding is a treatment where we apply a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be utilized in specific situations where a tooth has actually been broken or ended up being stained. These are normally small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this relatively inexpensive ways instead of through a more costly dental procedure.

How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the positioning of the tooth, close gaps between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material sticks to the surface area. Then the material itself is positioned on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a shiny finish as a last step.
