Below are some of the advantages of same day crown technology, which crafts fantastic same day dental crowns and same day inlays and onlays.

Without a doubt the greatest benefit of same day crown dental restoration technology is the time you'll conserve. Traditionally, getting a dental restoration will involve two separate visits to your dentist's office that are weeks apart. Multiple appointments} are required because the last dental restoration has to be crafted at an off-site dental laboratory. With same day crown innovation, dental restorations are crafted in-office. There's no have to get multiple days off work or rearrange your schedule. One appointment is all you'll need.

Same Day Crowns Are Customized For Your Mouth

The same day crown device uses the most recent technology to produce a digital impression of your teeth. Using this 3 dimensional digital model, this machine then develops a custom restoration that fits perfectly with the damaged tooth and your adjacent teeth.

They Are Tough

Although same day crown restorations are crafted and developed on-site, the restorations themselves are incredibly resilient. In fact, the restorations that are crafted by these machines are roughly 3 times as strong as the dental restorations that are crafted at a dental laboratory.

Same Day Crowns Look Natural

In addition to their strength and sturdiness, same day crown dental restorations blend in seamlessly with your smile. The inlays and onlays from the same day crown device have a sort of chameleon effect. When in place, they take on the color and distinct shadings of the fixed tooth, meaning that your smile will look excellent and, more importantly, look natural.

Today's Topic Has To Do With:

Tooth Whitening

Because having whiter teeth has now become the top aesthetic concern of many clients, there are numerous methods to bleach teeth. The most popular method is utilizing a home tooth bleaching system that will lighten teeth significantly. Because tooth bleaching only works on natural tooth enamel, it is important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, and so on. Replacement of any restorations will be done after lightening so they will match the recently bleached teeth.

Most dentists use multiple methods: custom made tray lightening, professional strength white strips, and in-office bleaching.

The tray technique involves having impressions taken, which the lab makes into customized vinyl trays. A carbamide peroxide gel is placed in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 30 minutes to a full hour. The entire procedure takes about a week of daily use. Three various strengths of gel may be used, however, the greater the strength, the higher the possibility of reactions or tooth sensitivity. The tray approach is recommended for badly stained teeth, such as tetracycline staining, and it may take multiple months of use to see significant color improvement.

Our in-office treatment is a very fast and hassle-free lightening process. The visit is approximately one hour consisting of both the preparation and treatment. Our patients like this treatment because it is so simple and fast!

Tooth lightening is not permanent. A touch-up might be needed once a year and more often if you smoke and/or drink coffee, tea, or wine. For maintenance of whitened teeth the trays should be utilized every couple of months.

Reasons For Tooth Whitening:

  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

  • Normal wear of external tooth layer.

  • Florousis (extreme fluoridation throughout tooth development).

  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, and so on).
