Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital images of areas requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in just one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used in a full scope of indications: anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns and posterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Identifying problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mainly utilized to find:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Large on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the doctor to see images of the teeth in higher resolution on a large format for easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation direct exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also allows us to send and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be provided to you quickly.
