Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a full scope of indications: anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns and posterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Finding problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mostly used to identify:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also enables us to send out and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
