Same Day Crowns Near You

We are your local dentist for single-visit tooth restorations. Why go to the dental practitioner a second time if you don't have to? One appointment, one shot and no impressions. Schedule a visit for same day crowns in our office today. Our office is pleased to have the most recent innovation for same day crowns.

We always remain on the cutting-edge for our valued patients!

What Are Single Day Dental Crowns?

It is a technology for fixing broken teeth, and this restoration can be completed in a single visit to our office. It makes your teeth tougher and more stunning - all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the state-of-the-art ceramic material and is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

During your visit, you and your dentist will talk about the details of the treatment and your dentist will address any questions you might have regarding the procedure or porcelain crowns in general.

Your dentist will then apply a thin layer of reflective powder onto your tooth and will use a unique 3D imaging camera to take a picture of your tooth. Using the new proprietary software, your restoration will be created according to your tooth's appropriate form and function.

Then, it will use a diamond burs to create your restoration from a piece of ceramic. Finally, the ceramic restoration is bonded to your tooth using state-of-the-art adhesive dentistry.

Same Day Crown Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to produce your crown.

CEREC can be utilized for a wide range of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

Today's Discussion Will Be About:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.

Finding issues with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, costly procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mostly utilized to identify:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is removed.

Large on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.

Digital radiography has greatly improved the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the doctor to see pictures of the teeth in higher resolution on a huge format for much easier detection of issues, all while decreasing the radiation direct exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available instantly after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent establishing and mounting x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send out and get your images electronically for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
