Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital images of areas requiring restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a full scope of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Spotting problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, costly procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to detect:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Huge on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the doctor to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also allows us to send out and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
