Same Day Crowns Near You

We are your local dental practitioner for single-visit tooth restorations. Why go to the dentist a 2nd time if you do not need to? One visit, one shot and no impressions. Set up an appointment for same day crowns in our office today. Our office is pleased to have the latest technology for same day crowns.

We always stay on the cutting-edge for our valued patients!

What Are Single Visit Crowns?

It is a innovation for fixing damaged teeth, and this restoration can be completed in a single visit to our office. It makes your teeth stronger and more gorgeous - all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the high-grade ceramic material and is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

Throughout your appointment, you and your dental practitioner will talk about the details of the treatment and your dentist will address any concerns you might have relating to the treatment or porcelain crowns in general.

Your dental practitioner will then use a thin layer of reflective powder onto your tooth and will use a unique 3D imaging camera to take a picture of your tooth. Using the new proprietary software, your restoration will be created according to your tooth's suitable form and function.

Then, it will use a diamond burs to develop your restoration from a piece of ceramic. Finally, the ceramic restoration is bonded to your tooth using state-of-the-art adhesive dentistry.

Same Day Crown Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of areas needing restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.

CEREC can be utilized for a full scope of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

Today We Will Be Going Over:

Porcelain Veneers (Teeth)

Veneers are a really thin pieces of resilient, tooth shaped, porcelain that are customizeded (for shape and color) by a professional dental laboratory. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a stunning and attractive smile.

Veneers can completely improve your teeth and smile. They can often be alternatives to crowns and the perfect option in treating many cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.

Similar to many dental restorations, veneers might one day require replacement; however, they are still really resilient and will last many years, providing you a long lasting, stunning smile.

How Are Veneers Placed?

Veneers are a dental treatment in which a covering is placed over the outside (noticeable area) of the tooth. Veneers are typically only done to the part of the teeth that are seen when talking or grinning. The treatment can be direct or indirect.

The direct technique generally involves positioning composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This approach is usually referred to as bonding.

The indirect technique generally involves two visits because the veneers will be fabricated at a dental lab. At the very first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are offered a short-term covering. In two to three weeks the veneers are back from the laboratory, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The laboratory made veneers are normally made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are very esthetic.

The benefit of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the treatment is generally less uncomfortable. Veneers are not recommended for teeth that have huge fillings or little tooth structure.

You will receive care instructions for your veneers. Correct brushing, flossing and routine dental visits will help in the life of your brand-new and stunning veneers.
