Why You Should Opt For Single Visit Crowns?

There are lots of advantages of using same day crown over traditional crown innovation.

  • Time: Same day crowns are made in one appointment, saving you significant time away from your job and family.

  • Comfort: With same day crowns, there is no need for a short-term crown, eliminating substantial potential pain.

  • Aesthetic appeals: The strong, tooth-colored ceramic materials of same day crowns restore your teeth to their natural strength, appeal, and function, and carefully match the composition of your natural tooth structure.

  • Strength: Milled ceramic is tougher than the standard method of layering and pressing, so your smile will remain stunning for many years!

  • Fillings: Same day crown material and technology can also be used for fillings. Because these fillings are made out of porcelain, they are more durable than white composite fillings.

Today Were Discussing:

Composite Dental Bonding

Bonding is a treatment where we use a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be used in certain scenarios where a tooth has actually been damaged or ended up being stained. These are typically minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably affordable methods instead of through a more pricey dental treatment.

Here Is How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the alignment of the tooth, close spaces in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material sticks to the surface area. Then the material itself is put on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is shaped and polished to obtain a glossy finish as a last step.
