Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to make your crown.
CEREC can be used in a full range of indications: posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and partial crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Detecting issues with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, costly procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to spot:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Huge on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the physician to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also allows us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you quickly.
