Set up a visit for same day crowns in our office today. Our office is pleased to have the most recent technology for same day crowns.

We always remain on the cutting-edge for our valued patients!

What Are Single Day Dental Crowns?

It is a technology for fixing broken teeth, and this restoration can be finished in a single visit to our office. It makes your teeth tougher and more lovely - all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the state-of-the-art ceramic material and is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

Throughout your visit, you and your dental practitioner will go over the details of the treatment and your dentist will address any concerns you may have regarding the procedure or porcelain crowns in general.

Your dentist will then apply a thin layer of reflective powder onto your tooth and will use a special 3D imaging camera to take a photo of your tooth. Using the brand-new exclusive software, your restoration will be created according to your tooth's proper shape and function.

Then, it will use a diamond burs to produce your restoration from a piece of ceramic. Finally, the ceramic restoration is bonded to your tooth using cutting edge adhesive dentistry.

Same Day Tooth Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of areas requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

CEREC can be utilized for a wide scope of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

Today's Topic Is:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure in which we use a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be utilized in certain circumstances where a tooth has been broken or ended up being stained. These are usually minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly affordable means rather than through a more costly dental treatment.

Here Is How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the positioning of the tooth, close spaces between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material sticks to the surface. Then the material itself is positioned on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a lustrous finish as a last step.
