Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns suggested coming into the dental practitioner's office at least 2 times. The first check-up included getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a few weeks later, a 2nd visit enabled the short-term crown to be eliminated and a new long-term crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest technology making dental work more convenient for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a state-of-the-art same day crown innovation to create ceramic onlays and crowns that fit just right, in just one visit with a little camera to create a 3D image of the tooth that needs to be repaired. This indicates a physical mold, which is unpleasant and time consuming, is no longer needed.

Using CAD/CAM software, We create a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This technology can produce the new restoration in as little as 15 minutes.

The restoration is stuck to your tooth using a bonding material, and the new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for more information about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those problems you might have been avoiding.

Today's Topic Has To Do With:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure where we use a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in specific circumstances where a tooth has actually been broken or become stained. These are generally minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably affordable means instead of through a more pricey dental treatment.

How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the alignment of the tooth, close spaces between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material adheres to the surface. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a shiny finish as a last step.
