Obtain A Perfect Smile With Same Day Crowns

Same Day Crowns resolve aesthetic needs, bring back tooth function, and enhance the general health of your mouth. In cases where teeth have huge broken down fillings, a crown can protect and maintain the remaining natural tooth.

To enhance your smile, a metal-free, tooth-colored same day crown can also replace an older metal or porcelain crown. Following root canal treatment, a crown is normally placed over the remaining tooth structure to maintain visual and tooth function.

Today We Will Be Discussing:

Teeth Whitening

Because having whiter teeth has now become the number one aesthetic concern of a lot of clients, there are a number of ways to bleach teeth. The most popular method is using a home tooth lightening system that will whiten teeth significantly. Since tooth whitening just works on natural tooth enamel, it is important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, and so on. Replacement of any restorations will be done after bleaching so they will match the recently bleached teeth.

Most dentists utilize numerous techniques: customizeded tray lightening, professional strength white strips, and in-office whitening.

The tray approach involves having impressions taken, which the laboratory fabricates into customized vinyl trays. A carbamide peroxide gel is placed in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 30 minutes to a full hour. The whole procedure takes about a week of everyday use. 3 different strengths of gel might be utilized, however, the greater the strength, the higher the possibility of reactions or tooth sensitivity. The tray technique is advised for terribly stained teeth, such as tetracycline staining, and it may take a number of months of use to see substantial color improvement.

Our in-office treatment is a really quick and practical bleaching process. The visit is roughly one hour including both the preparation and treatment. Our clients like this treatment due to the fact that it is so easy and quick!

Tooth whitening is not permanent. A touch-up may be needed once a year and more often if you smoke and/or drink coffee, tea, or wine. For upkeep of whitened teeth the trays should be used every few months.

Reasons For Tooth Whitening:

  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

  • Normal wear of external tooth layer.

  • Florousis (excessive fluoridation during tooth development).

  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, and so on).
