If you have a fractured or damaged tooth, are experiencing pain when chewing or exposed to hot or cold temperature levels, or wish to get rid of unattractive metal crowns or fillings, then dental crowns might be a great option for you. Dental Crowns cover the visible surface area of the affected tooth, adding toughness and stability to it.

Same-day dental crowns are a choice that we provide on a case by case basis to clients who would gain from the procedure. They allow patients to come to our office and leave within a couple hours with their final dental crown in place that same day. This removes the need to have a temporary crown placed then another visit scheduled for the positioning of the permanent crown.

Our Same-Day Crowns are made with our brand-new innovation that scans the mouth to get the proper measurements of your tooth and surrounding teeth, then makes your crown right there in the office. These restorations are extremely strong and long lasting and constructed of the highest quality porcelain available. Sometimes, a gold crown might be recommended for your posterior teeth (back teeth) if you grind or clinch your teeth a lot.

Gold crowns are different from porcelain crowns, and the cost may differ between the two and you might wish to talk about your budget too with the your dental practitioner. Your dentist will discuss with you the types of crowns available and give you a suggestion based upon your particular scenario.

Call us to arrange a complimentary cosmetic consultation. We look forward to talking to you.

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a treatment in which we use a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in certain scenarios where a tooth has actually been broken or ended up being stained. These are typically minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly affordable methods instead of through a more costly dental procedure.

Here Is How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to change the alignment of the tooth, close gaps in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material sticks to the surface. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a shiny finish as a last step.
