If you have a fractured or damaged tooth, are experiencing pain when chewing or exposed to hot or cold temperatures, or wish to get rid of unattractive metal crowns or fillings, then dental crowns might be a good choice for you. Dental Crowns cover the outter surface area of the affected tooth, adding durability and stability to it.

Same-day dental crowns are an option that we offer on a case by case basis to clients who would gain from the procedure. They enable clients to come to our office and leave within a couple hours with their final dental crown in place that same day. This eliminates the need to have a short-term crown placed and then another check-up arranged for the placement of the final crown.

Our Same-Day Crowns are made with our brand-new innovation that scans the mouth to get the appropriate measurements of your tooth and surrounding teeth, and then makes your crown right there in the office. These restorations are very strong and resilient and made out of the highest quality porcelain available. In many cases, a gold crown might be advised for your posterior teeth (back teeth) if you grind or clinch your teeth a lot.

Gold crowns are different from porcelain crowns, and the expense may differ between the two and you may want to talk about your budget too with the your dental practitioner. Your dental practitioner will discuss with you the kinds of crowns available and give you a suggestion based on your particular circumstance.

Call us to set up a complimentary cosmetic consultation. We look forward to meeting you.

The Topic Of The Day Is:

UltraSonic Cleanings

We use ultrasonic scalers for a lot of adult dental cleanings. These devices use ultrasonic vibrations to help breakdown the plaque and calculus on the teeth that trigger gingivitis and gum disease. The ultrasonic cleaners create tiny bubbles that implode on the surface of the tooth, eliminating microorganisms and eliminating plaque and tartar in the process. Our instruments use a thin tip to better navigate in the gum pockets to help preserve optimal gingival health.

  • The procedure only uses water, no chemicals are used.

  • It can remove tartar buildup in hard-to-reach areas, without any damage to the tooth enamel.

  • Manual scaling often uses pressure for cleaning, while the vibration produced by the scaling tip of an ultrasonic scaler is barely noticeable. This makes ultrasonic cleaning appropriate to those with vulnerable teeth.

  • The cleaning process is faster than manual scaling making your visit more comfy.

After your teeth have actually been cleaned with the ultrasonic cleaner, your teeth will be hand scaled to check for any residual deposits and then polished.
