Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of locations needing restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to produce your crown.
CEREC can be used for a wide scope of indications: onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers and inlays.

Digital X-Rays
X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Finding issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mainly used to spot:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Huge on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the doctor to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for much easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also allows us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you quickly.
