Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of areas requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to produce your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a full scope of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Identifying problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, expensive procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to spot:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Large on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the doctor to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you quickly.
