IMPLANTS IN A DAY

Get A Perfect Smile With Same Day Crowns

Same Day Crowns address aesthetic needs, restore tooth function, and improve the overall health of your mouth. In cases where teeth have large broken down fillings, a crown can protect and preserve the remaining natural tooth.

To boost your smile, a metal-free, tooth-colored same day crown can also replace an older metal or porcelain crown. Following root canal therapy, a crown is normally positioned over the remaining tooth structure to preserve visual and tooth function.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. Today's Topic Is:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a treatment in which we apply a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in specific scenarios where a tooth has actually been broken or ended up being stained. These are generally small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably inexpensive ways rather than through a more pricey dental treatment.

Here Is How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the positioning of the tooth, close gaps in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material adheres to the surface area. Then the material itself is positioned on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is shaped and polished to obtain a shiny finish as a last step.
