Obtain A Perfect Smile With Same Day Crowns

Same Day Crowns address aesthetic requirements, fix tooth function, and improve the general health of your mouth. In cases where teeth have huge broken down fillings, a crown can secure and maintain the rest of the natural tooth.

To boost your smile, a metal-free, tooth-colored same day crown can also replace an older metal or porcelain crown. Following root canal therapy, a crown is usually placed over the remaining tooth structure to protect aesthetic and tooth function.

Today's Conversation Has To Do With:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure in which we apply a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in certain circumstances where a tooth has actually been damaged or ended up being stained. These are typically minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably inexpensive methods instead of through a more expensive dental procedure.

How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the positioning of the tooth, close gaps in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material adheres to the surface. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a glossy finish as a last step.
