Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a full range of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Identifying problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, costly treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mostly used to find:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has greatly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the physician to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
