Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns suggested coming into the dentist's office a minimum of 2 times. The very first check-up included getting an impression of your tooth and a temporary crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a second visit enabled the short-term crown to be eliminated and a new permanent crown to be put on your tooth. We use the latest technology to make dental work more convenient for you and your day to day schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a state-of-the-art same day crown innovation to create ceramic onlays and crowns that fit just right, in simply one visit with a small camera to produce a 3D image of the tooth that needs to be repaired. This means a physical mold, which is undesirable and time consuming, is no longer necessary.

Using CAD/CAM software, We produce a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling device. This innovation can develop the new restoration in as little as 15 minutes.

The restoration is stuck to your tooth using a bonding product, and the brand-new addition will match your natural teeth so no one will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for more details about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those issues you might have been putting off.

Today's Discussion Is About:

Tooth Whitening

Because having whiter teeth has now become the primary aesthetic concern of many clients, there are numerous ways to bleach teeth. The most popular method is utilizing a home tooth lightening system that will whiten teeth significantly. Since tooth lightening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is very important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, and so on. Replacement of any restorations will be done after whitening so they will match the newly bleached teeth.

Most dentists utilize multiple methods: customizeded tray lightening, professional strength white strips, and in-office lightening.

The tray technique involves having impressions taken, which the lab fabricates into custom vinyl trays. A carbamide peroxide gel is put in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 30 minutes to a full hour. The entire process takes about a week of day-to-day use. 3 various strengths of gel might be used, however, the greater the strength, the higher the likelihood of reactions or tooth sensitivity. The tray method is suggested for terribly stained teeth, such as tetracycline staining, and it may take multiple months of use to see substantial color improvement.

Our in-office treatment is a extremely quick and convenient bleaching process. The visit is around one hour consisting of both the preparation and treatment. Our clients love this treatment since it is so easy and fast!

Tooth bleaching is not permanent. A touch-up may be required once a year and more often if you smoke and/or drink coffee, tea, or wine. For upkeep of whitened teeth the trays need to be used every couple of months.

Reasons For Tooth Whitening:

  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

  • Normal wear of outer tooth layer.

  • Florousis (excessive fluoridation during tooth development).

  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, and so on).
