If you have a missing tooth or teeth, you know the humiliation and discomfort this can cause. You have most likely been investigating methods you can restore your smile and good bite. We believe you will be very interested to know that at our practice, you have the ability to receive same day crowns! It is a comfortable one-day treatment!

Our whole dental practice is state-of-the-art, except for our client care and concern which is standard. We understand the discomfort missing teeth can cause patients, and for that reason we are very happy to be able to provide clients with same day crowns.

Dental crowns are used to strengthen a tooth, and return it to its original function. Dental crowns are made to color-match the nearby teeth, so they can not be detected by others as being anything less than a long-term tooth. With a dental crown, you have the ability to eat anything you like, and your clear speech will never ever be interfered with. In fact, your dental crown is so natural feeling, you will not even know it is there in your mouth.

Same day crowns are a really amazing offering of our practice. We have the ability to provide you with a beautiful brand-new smile in just one day. Our office has advanced equipment that allows dental practitioners to provide you with crowns in simply a small portion of the time that was required in the past.

CAD/CAM innovation is exactly what makes this amazing advancement possible. The acronym represents computer-aided design/computed-aided manufacturing. We are able to use this technology in our system. This system is used to fix teeth, start to finish, in one day. This will save you from an additional appointment to our practice, a week or two later. We're sure you have a lot more exciting things you would rather do with your time than to sit in our dentist's chair any longer than you have to!

Using our brand-new system, we scan the prepared tooth in your mouth or from an impression, and then send the details to our in-office milling station. The restoration is computer-milled to the specific specifications to fit your mouth in minutes. Once the crown is crated, we position it in your mouth, and color, polish and restore your brand-new tooth to a beautiful and natural-looking luster. This innovation can also be used for same-day veneers or inlays.

If you need a crown in a hurry, for an upcoming social or business event, this process might indeed be perfect for you. If you are interested in learning more about this procedure, call us today for an appointment.

Today We Will Be Talking About:

Dentures (Dental)

There are various kinds of dentures, however they share their common function. They replace teeth that have actually become loose or been lost due to bone loss. When bone loss around the roots of teeth is great enough to let them fall out or loosen them, it's time for dentures. Relax. Nobody enjoys losing their natural teeth, but you can still eat and talk regularly.

The entire mouth is examined and a determination is made about which teeth will have to be removed, and which will remain. The loose teeth are then extracted. Dentures are fitted to go around or over whatever teeth stay in the mouth, depending on the type. There is an adjustment period after dentures are put in the mouth, and it can take some getting used to. But once accustomed to the dentures, all the normal functionality and look return and one just continues as usual. Commonly implants can be used to further stabilize the dentures.

It is important to keep in mind that life with an upper denture, a lower denture, and especially both, is a major lifestyle change when compared to natural teeth. Dentures impact the kind of food you are able to eat, your confidence in social circumstances, and even your self-esteem.

Reasons For Considering A Full Denture:

  • All Teeth missing in the very same arch

  • Restore chewing ability

  • Restore a natural looking smile

  • Economical alternative to other treatments

An upper full denture will almost always feel much better than a lower complete denture. In order to significantly improve the fit of a lower complete denture, we often suggest using dental implants as a retentive mechanism. Two dental implants positioned in the lower jaw can help anchor the denture and considerably enhance comfort. Sometimes, the implants can even be put in the jaw after a denture has actually been in use for a number of years.
