With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.

Tooth Veneers (Porcelain)
Veneers are a very thin pieces of resilient, tooth shaped, porcelain that are customizeded (for shape and color) by a professional dental lab. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to produce a lovely and attractive smile.
Veneers can entirely improve your teeth and smile. They can commonly be alternatives to crowns and the ideal solution in treating lots of cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.
As with the majority of dental restorations, veneers might someday require replacement; however, they are still very resilient and will last many years, offering you a long lasting, beautiful smile.
How Are Veneers Placed?
Veneers are a dental treatment in which a covering is put over the outside (noticeable area) of the tooth. Veneers are normally only done to the part of the teeth that are visible when talking or grinning. The treatment can be direct or indirect.
The direct strategy usually involves positioning composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This method is typically referred to as bonding.
The indirect strategy typically involves two appointments because the veneers will be fabricated at a dental lab. At the first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are provided a temporary covering. In two to three weeks the veneers are back from the laboratory, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The lab made veneers are usually made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are extremely esthetic.
The benefit of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the treatment is normally less uncomfortable. Veneers are not recommended for teeth that have big fillings or little tooth structure.
You will receive care guidelines for your veneers. Proper brushing, flossing and regular dental visits will aid in the life of your new and lovely veneers.
