Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of locations needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used for a wide range of indications: partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Discovering problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mostly used to identify:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Large on-screen X-rays make client communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the physician to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent establishing and mounting x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send and get your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
