What Are Single Visit Crowns?

The single visit crown is a innovation for fixing broken teeth, and this restoration can be completed in a single visit to the dentist's office. It makes your teeth tougher and more stunning, all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free, and the high-grade ceramic product works with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

The Same Day Crown Process

Throughout your visit, you and your dentist will talk about the information of the procedure and your dental practitioner will address any concerns you may have. Your dental practitioner will then use a thin layer of reflective powder onto your tooth and will use a unique 3D imaging camera to take a photo of your tooth. Using the new software, your restoration will be developed according to your tooth's proper form and function.

Then, the mill will use diamond burs to develop your restoration from a piece of ceramic. Finally, the ceramic restoration is bonded to your tooth using state-of-the-art adhesive dentistry.

Same Day Tooth Restorations

Today's Conversation Has To Do With:

Ultra Sonic Cleanings

We use ultrasonic scalers for a lot of adult dental cleanings. These devices utilize ultrasonic vibrations to help breakdown the plaque and calculus on the teeth that cause gingivitis and periodontal disease. The ultrasonic cleaners develop tiny bubbles that implode on the surface of the tooth, killing microorganisms and getting rid of plaque and tartar in the process. Our instruments use a thin tip to better navigate in the gum pockets to help maintain optimal gingival health.

  • The treatment only uses water, no chemicals are used.

  • It can get rid of tartar buildup in hard-to-reach locations, with no damage to the tooth enamel.

  • Manual scaling frequently uses pressure for cleaning, while the vibration produced by the scaling tip of an ultrasonic scaler is barely perceptible. This makes ultrasonic cleaning appropriate to those with sensitive teeth.

  • The cleaning process is much faster than manual scaling making your visit more comfy.

After your teeth have actually been cleaned with the ultrasonic cleaner, your teeth will be hand scaled to look for any residual deposits and then polished.
