Same Day Crowns Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of areas needing restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used in a full range of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Spotting issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mainly used to detect:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Huge on-screen X-rays make client communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has greatly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the medical professional to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for much easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also allows us to send out and get your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
