Below are some of the benefits of same day crown innovation, which crafts fantastic same day dental crowns and same day inlays and onlays.

By far the greatest advantage of same day crown dental restoration technology is the time you'll save. Traditionally, getting a dental restoration will involve two different appointments to your dental practitioner's office that are weeks apart. Numerous appointments} are required due to the fact that the final dental restoration has to be crafted at an off-site dental laboratory. With same day crown technology, dental restorations are crafted in-office. There's no have to get multiple days off work or rearrange your schedule. One visit is all you'll need.

They Are Customized For Your Mouth

The same day crown device uses the current technology to develop a digital impression of your teeth. Using this 3 dimensional digital design, this device then creates a custom restoration that fits seamlessly with the damaged tooth and your surrounding teeth.

They Are Long Lasting

Even though same day crown restorations are crafted and developed on-site, the restorations themselves are very long lasting. In fact, the restorations that are crafted by these devices are approximately three times as strong as the dental restorations that are crafted at a dental laboratory.

Same Day Crown Dental Restorations Look Natural

In addition to their strength and durability, same day crown dental restorations blend in flawlessly with your smile. The inlays and onlays from the same day crown device have a sort of chameleon effect. When in place, they take on the color and distinct shadings of the restored tooth, meaning that your smile will look great and, more importantly, look natural.

Today's Topic Will Be About:

Tooth Whitening

Because having whiter teeth has now become the number one aesthetic concern of a lot of patients, there are a number of methods to whiten teeth. The most popular technique is using a home tooth bleaching system that will whiten teeth considerably. Since tooth whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, and so on. Replacement of any restorations will be done after lightening so they will match the newly bleached teeth.

Most dentists utilize multiple techniques: custom made tray bleaching, professional strength white strips, and in-office whitening.

The tray approach involves having impressions taken, which the lab makes into custom-made vinyl trays. A carbamide peroxide gel is placed in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 30 minutes to a full hour. The whole procedure takes about a week of daily use. Three different strengths of gel may be used, however, the greater the strength, the greater the possibility of reactions or tooth sensitivity. The tray approach is recommended for badly stained teeth, such as tetracycline staining, and it might take multiple months of use to see significant color improvement.

Our in-office treatment is a very quick and hassle-free bleaching process. The visit is around one hour consisting of both the preparation and treatment. Our clients love this treatment since it is so simple and fast!

Tooth bleaching is not permanent. A touch-up might be needed once a year and more often if you smoke and/or drink coffee, tea, or wine. For upkeep of whitened teeth the trays need to be used every couple of months.

Reasons For Tooth Whitening:

  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

  • Normal wear of outer tooth layer.

  • Florousis (extreme fluoridation during tooth development).

  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, etc.).
