Same Day Crown Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used in a broad range of indications: anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns and posterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Finding problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mainly utilized to discover:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Big on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the physician to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for easier detection of issues, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available quickly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
