Temporary crowns and 2nd visits for crowns are now generally unnecessary thanks to the same day crown innovation. We offer this amazing one-visit crown technology in our office, adding greater convenience to the procedure of getting a crown. The waiting time in between your treatment and when you get your long-term crown is eliminated.

The same day crown technology is an instrument that permits ceramic restorations (veneers, inlays, onlays, and crowns) to be performed in one visit instead of two. The computer coordinates with a wireless digital camera permitting the dentist to make digital impressions without the discomfort of bulky impression material.

After taking the picture the computer takes control and mills your custom-made crown immediately so that we can cement your brand-new crown that very same day. The outcomes we see are remarkable. With the same day crowns, the strength, aesthetics, and fit of the ceramic restorations are exceptional.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of areas needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. Today's Discussion Will Be About:

Composite Dental Bonding

Bonding is a procedure where we apply a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be used in certain scenarios where a tooth has actually been damaged or ended up being stained. These are usually small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably inexpensive ways instead of through a more pricey dental procedure.

Here's How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the positioning of the tooth, close spaces between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material adheres to the surface area. Then the material itself is positioned on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a lustrous finish as a last step.
