Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns meant coming into the dental practitioner's office at least two times. The very first visit involved getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a 2nd visit permitted the short-term crown to be eliminated and a new long-term crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest innovation to make dental work easier for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a state-of-the-art same day crown technology to develop ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in simply one visit with a small camera to develop a 3D image of the tooth that needs to be repaired. This means a physical mold, which is undesirable and time consuming, is no longer necessary.

Using CAD/CAM software, We develop a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This innovation can create the brand-new restoration in as little as 15 minutes.

The restoration is connected to your tooth using a bonding product, and the new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for more details about same day crowns technology, and take care of those issues you might have been avoiding.

Today's Conversation Has To Do With:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure in which we apply a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in certain scenarios where a tooth has been broken or ended up being stained. These are typically minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly inexpensive methods rather than through a more expensive dental treatment.

How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the positioning of the tooth, close spaces in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material sticks to the surface area. Then the material itself is put on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a shiny finish as a last step.
