Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns meant coming into the dental practitioner's office at least two times. The first check-up included getting an impression of your tooth and a temporary crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a 2nd check-up permitted the short-term crown to be eliminated and a brand-new long-term crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest innovation to make dental work more convenient for you and your day to day schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a cutting edge same day crown technology to produce ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in simply one visit with a little camera to develop a 3D picture of the tooth that has to be repaired. This indicates a physical mold, which is undesirable and time consuming, is no longer necessary.

Using CAD/CAM software, We develop a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling device. This innovation can develop the brand-new restoration in as little as 15 minutes.

The restoration is connected to your tooth using a bonding product, and the brand-new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for additional information about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those problems you might have been avoiding.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital imagery of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to produce your crown.

CEREC can be utilized for a wide range of indications: anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns and posterior crowns.

Temporal-Mandibular Joint

TMJ means temporal-mandibular joint. Temporal, as in temple area of skull; mandibular as in mandible, or lower jaw; joint as in it's where the head and jaw meet. Problems in this joint may be brought on by a misalignment of the teeth, injury, or excess muscle stress. Aside from the two bones that meet there, cartilage buffers them and 5 muscles are associated with the area. If something fails a good deal of trouble can result.

Problems in this area can cause:

  • Earaches.

  • Headaches.

  • Pain in the jaw muscles.

  • Soreness in opening and closing the mouth.

  • Soreness in the area, sometimes extending to the face.

  • Clicking or popping of the jaw.

Dental treatments for the condition can consist of replacing missing teeth, moving teeth, adjusting the bite, filling spaces in between teeth, and so on. There is no one solution that is right for all cases. Often a plastic mouth piece is utilized to prevent clenching or grinding that is contributing to the issue. If unattended and taken to extremes, surgery may be needed to fix a severely damaged joint.
