Same Day Crown Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital imagery of areas requiring restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a wide range of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Finding issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, costly procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mostly utilized to discover:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The worry of exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Big on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in higher resolution on a big format for easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available quickly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also allows us to send and get your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
