If you have a missing tooth or teeth, you know the embarrassment and discomfort this can cause. You have probably been investigating methods you can restore your smile and good bite. We think you will be extremely interested to know that at our practice, you have the ability to receive same day crowns! It is a comfortable one-day procedure!

Our entire dental practice is cutting edge, except for our patient care and issue which is traditional. We know the discomfort missing teeth can cause clients, and therefore we are extremely happy to be able to provide patients with same day crowns.

Dental crowns are used to enhance a tooth, and return it to its original function. Dental crowns are made to color-match the nearby teeth, so they can not be discovered by others as being anything less than a permanent tooth. With a dental crown, you are able to eat anything you like, and your clear speech will never be interrupted. In fact, your dental crown is so natural feeling, you will not even know it is there in your mouth.

Same day crowns are a really interesting offering of our practice. We are able to have you with a stunning new smile in simply one day. Our office has cutting edge devices that permits dental practitioners to provide you with crowns in just a small fraction of the time that was needed before.

CAD/CAM innovation is what makes this exciting advancement possible. The acronym stands for computer-aided design/computed-aided manufacturing. We have the ability to use this innovation in our system. This system is used to fix teeth, start to finish, in one day. This will save you from an extra visit to our practice, a week or two later. We're sure you have much more interesting things you would rather do with your time than to sit in our dental practitioner's chair any longer than you need to!

Using our new system, we scan the prepared tooth in your mouth or from an impression, and then send out the details to our in-office milling station. The restoration is computer-milled to the precise specifications to fit your mouth in minutes. As soon as the crown is crated, we position it in your mouth, and color, polish and restore your new tooth to a gorgeous and natural-looking appeal. This innovation can also be used for same-day veneers or inlays.

If you need a crown in a hurry, for an upcoming social or company event, this process may indeed be ideal for you. If you are interested in learning more about this procedure, contact us today for a visit.

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure in which we use a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in certain scenarios where a tooth has actually been damaged or ended up being stained. These are normally minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly inexpensive methods instead of through a more pricey dental procedure.

How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to change the positioning of the tooth, close gaps between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material sticks to the surface. Then the material itself is positioned on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is shaped and polished to obtain a glossy finish as a last step.
