Obtain A Perfect Smile With Same Day Crowns

Same Day Crowns resolve visual requirements, fix tooth function, and enhance the general health of your mouth. In cases where teeth have large broken down fillings, a crown can protect and maintain the rest of the natural tooth.

To enhance your smile, a metal-free, tooth-colored same day crown can also replace an older metal or porcelain crown. Following root canal therapy, a crown is usually placed over the remaining tooth structure to protect visual and tooth function.

Same Day Tooth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of areas requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to make your crown.

CEREC can be used in a full scope of indications: posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and partial crowns.

The Discussion Of The Day Is:

Dentures (Dental)

There are different types of dentures, however they share their common function. They replace teeth that have actually become loose or been lost due to bone loss. When bone loss around the roots of teeth is great enough to let them fall out or loosen them, it's time for dentures. Relax. Nobody enjoys losing their natural teeth, however you can still eat and talk regularly.

The whole mouth is examined and a decision is made as to which teeth will need to be removed, and which will stay. The loose teeth are then removed. Dentures are fitted to go around or over whatever teeth stay in the mouth, depending upon the type. There is an adjustment time after dentures are positioned in the mouth, and it can take some getting used to. Once accustomed to the dentures, all the normal performance and look return and one just carries on as usual. Often implants can be used to further support the dentures.

It is necessary to keep in mind that life with an upper denture, a lower denture, and especially both, is a significant lifestyle change when compared to natural teeth. Dentures impact the kind of food you are able to eat, your self-esteem in social situations, and even your self-confidence.

Reasons For Considering A Full Denture:

  • All Teeth missing in the same arch

  • Restore chewing capability

  • Restore a natural looking smile

  • Economical alternative to other procedures

An upper full denture will usually feel much better than a lower complete denture. In order to significantly enhance the fit of a lower complete denture, we frequently recommend utilizing dental implants as a retentive mechanism. Two dental implants placed in the lower jaw can help anchor the denture and substantially improve comfort. In some cases, the implants can even be placed in the jaw after a denture has been in use for a number of years.
