Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns meant coming into the dentist's office at least two times. The first check-up involved getting an impression of your tooth and a temporary crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a 2nd check-up allowed for the short-term crown to be eliminated and a new permanent crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest technology to make dental work easier for you and your day to day schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a cutting edge same day crown technology to create ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in just one check-up with a little camera to produce a 3D picture of the tooth that has to be repaired. This means a physical mold, which is unpleasant and time consuming, is no longer required.

Using CAD/CAM software, We create a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling device. This technology can create the brand-new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is connected to your tooth using a bonding product, and the brand-new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today to find out more about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those problems you may have been avoiding.

Same Day Crowns Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

CEREC can be used in a broad scope of indications: posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and partial crowns.

Today's Subject Will Be:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.

Spotting problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to detect:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.

Large on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.

Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for much easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available instantly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also enables us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you quickly.
