Why You Should Get Single Visit Dental Crowns?

There are lots of benefits of using same day crown over traditional crown innovation.

  • Time: Same day crowns are made in one appointment, conserving you substantial time away from your job and family.

  • Convenience: With same day crowns, there is no need for a temporary crown, eliminating significant potential pain.

  • Aesthetic appeals: The strong, tooth-colored ceramic products of same day crowns restore your teeth to their natural strength, charm, and function, and closely match the composition of your natural tooth structure.

  • Strength: Milled ceramic is stronger than the standard method of layering and pressing, so your smile will remain stunning for multiple years!

  • Fillings: Same day crown material and innovation can also be used for fillings. Because these fillings are made out of porcelain, they are more durable than white composite fillings.

Today Were Discussing:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.

Discovering issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive treatments or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to detect:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.

Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.

Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the medical professional to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for much easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available quickly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
