Our whole dental practice is cutting edge, except for our patient care and concern which is standard. We understand the discomfort missing teeth can cause patients, and because of that we are very pleased to be able to supply patients with same day crowns.

Dental crowns are used to reinforce a tooth, and return it to its original function. Dental crowns are made to color-match the surrounding teeth, so they can not be detected by others as being anything less than a permanent tooth. With a dental crown, you have the ability to eat anything you like, and your clear speech will never be interrupted. In fact, your dental crown is so natural feeling, you will not even know it is there in your mouth.

Same day crowns are a really amazing offering of our practice. We have the ability to provide you with a gorgeous new smile in just one day. Our office has state-of-the-art devices that permits dental practitioners to provide you with crowns in just a small fraction of the time that was required in the past.

CAD/CAM technology is exactly what makes this exciting advancement possible. The acronym represents computer-aided design/computed-aided manufacturing. We are able to use this innovation in our system. This system is used to fix teeth, start to finish, in one day. This will save you from an additional appointment to our practice, a week or so later. We're sure you have far more amazing things you would rather do with your time than to sit in our dental practitioner's chair any longer than you have to!

Using our brand-new system, we scan the readied tooth in your mouth or from an impression, and then send out the information to our in-office milling station. The restoration is computer-milled to the specific specifications to fit your mouth in minutes. Once the crown is crated, we position it in your mouth, and color, polish and restore your brand-new tooth to a stunning and natural-looking radiance. This technology can also be used for same-day veneers or inlays.

If you need a crown in a hurry, for an upcoming social or company occasion, this procedure may undoubtedly be ideal for you. If you have an interest in learning more about this procedure, contact us today for a visit.

Today's Topic Has To Do With:

Composite Dental Bonding

Bonding is a treatment where we use a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be used in certain circumstances where a tooth has actually been broken or ended up being stained. These are usually small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly affordable ways instead of through a more expensive dental procedure.

Here's How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the positioning of the tooth, close spaces in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material adheres to the surface area. Then the material itself is put on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a lustrous finish as a last step.
