Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns implied coming into the dentist's office a minimum of 2 times. The first visit involved getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a few weeks later, a second check-up permitted the temporary crown to be removed and a brand-new long-term crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest technology to make dental work more convenient for you and your day to day schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a cutting edge same day crown technology to develop ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in simply one visit with a small camera to create a 3D image of the tooth that has to be fixed. This indicates a physical mold, which is undesirable and time consuming, is no longer needed.

Using CAD/CAM software, We produce a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This innovation can produce the new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is glued to your tooth using a bonding material, and the new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for additional information about same day crowns technology, and take care of those problems you may have been avoiding.

Today's Conversation Has To Do With:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure in which we apply a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in specific circumstances where a tooth has been damaged or ended up being stained. These are generally minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this relatively inexpensive methods rather than through a more costly dental procedure.

How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to modify the alignment of the tooth, close spaces between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material adheres to the surface. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a glossy finish as a last step.
