Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of areas requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used in a wide scope of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Identifying issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, pricey procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to identify:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Huge on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the patient and the physician to see pictures of the teeth in higher resolution on a big format for much easier detection of issues, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also allows us to send and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
