It makes your teeth tougher and more stunning - all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the top-quality ceramic material and is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

Throughout your appointment, you and your dental practitioner will go over the details of the procedure and your dental practitioner will answer any concerns you might have regarding the procedure or porcelain crowns in general.

Today Were Discussing:

Composite Dental Bonding

Bonding is a treatment in which we apply a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be used in specific scenarios where a tooth has actually been broken or become stained. These are typically small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this fairly inexpensive ways instead of through a more expensive dental procedure.

How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the positioning of the tooth, close spaces in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material sticks to the surface area. Then the material itself is put on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a lustrous finish as a last step.
