Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns meant coming into the dentist's office at least 2 times. The very first visit included getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a second visit permitted the short-term crown to be removed and a new permanent crown to be put on your tooth. We use the latest innovation to make dental work more convenient for you and your day to day schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a cutting edge same day crown innovation to produce ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in just one check-up with a small camera to produce a 3D image of the tooth that has to be repaired. This means a physical mold, which is undesirable and time consuming, is no longer required.

Using CAD/CAM software, We develop a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This technology can create the brand-new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is adhered to your tooth using a bonding material, and the new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for more details about same day crowns technology, and take care of those problems you might have been putting off.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

Teeth Whitening

Because having whiter teeth has now become the number one aesthetic concern of most clients, there are numerous ways to whiten teeth. The most popular technique is using a home tooth whitening system that will bleach teeth considerably. Since tooth whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is very important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, etc. Replacement of any restorations will be done after lightening so they will match the recently bleached teeth.

Most dentists use multiple techniques: custom made tray whitening, professional strength white strips, and in-office whitening.

The tray method involves having impressions taken, which the laboratory fabricates into customized vinyl trays. A carbamide peroxide gel is placed in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 30 minutes to a full hour. The entire process takes about a week of daily use. 3 different strengths of gel may be utilized, however, the greater the strength, the higher the possibility of reactions or tooth sensitivity. The tray method is recommended for terribly stained teeth, such as tetracycline staining, and it might take numerous months of use to see considerable color improvement.

Our in-office treatment is a really quick and practical bleaching procedure. The visit is around one hour consisting of both the preparation and treatment. Our patients love this treatment because it is so simple and quick!

Tooth bleaching is not permanent. A touch-up might be needed once a year and more often if you smoke and/or drink coffee, tea, or wine. For upkeep of whitened teeth the trays must be used every few months.

Reasons For Tooth Whitening:

  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

  • Normal wear of external tooth layer.

  • Florousis (extreme fluoridation during tooth development).

  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, and so on).
